Terms of Service

The service

GentVoice provides an AI voice agent that answers a dental practice's phone, answers routine questions, books appointments into the practice's calendar, and sends text confirmations and missed-call follow-ups. Features may change as we improve the service.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate practice information (hours, services, calendar access) so the agent can answer correctly.
• Use the service lawfully, and ensure that recording calls and contacting your patients by text complies with the laws that apply to your practice and your patients.
• Keep your account credentials secure and let us know of any unauthorized use.

Pricing and billing

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the service is billed at a monthly base fee plus a per-appointment fee for each appointment the agent books, as described during onboarding. The first month may be offered free. Fees are exclusive of taxes. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to harass or defraud, to send messages without a lawful basis, or to interfere with the service or its security. We may suspend use that threatens the service or other users.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as the voice platform, calendar, and messaging providers. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms may apply to the parts of the service they power.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to answer and book reliably, but we do not warrant that every call will be answered or every booking completed without error, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GentVoice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

Either party may stop the service with reasonable notice. On termination we stop answering your calls and, on request, return or delete the information we hold for you, subject to legal retention requirements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
